The Postgraduate School Of The University Of Ilorin Teaching Hospital{UITH} Invites Applications From Suitably Qualified Candidate For Admission Into The Post-Graduate Diploma in Health Information Management (PGDHIM) Programme For The 2019/2020 Academic Session.

1. PROGRAM

The name of the program is Post-Graduate Diploma in Health Information Management (PGDHIM)



2.     ENTRY REQUIREMENT

Candidates seeking admission into Post Graduate School of Health Information Management shall normally possess at least five (5) credits pass in O’level certificate in not more than two sittings in Mathematics, English language, Biology, Chemistry and Physics, HND or Degree in Health Information Management from a recognized institution.

4.     PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION

Pay a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand naira (#10,000) through UITH website (www.uith.org) or remita, applicants are to submit a copy of print-out and bank teller to the bursary department of UITH at school complex. The application form is available online @ www.uith.org.ng
